Arc cafe has long been one of my favorite inexpensive, cool places to go for dinner in Barcelona. But the past two times I've gone, I've noticed a serious loss of quality. Still a cool vibe, but the food is nothing like what it was in the past. What used to be a constantly changing, creative menu has degenerated to salads that are nothing but chopped iceberg lettuce and a few tomatoes, watery curry, and cheese "truffles" that are just balls of cream cheese with a dusting of dried herbs. It's a shame, but I'm afraid Arc Cafe is just another low-quality tourist place now.
