Every Thursday and Friday night we offer to our clients a thai menu. Apart from our normal menu we prepare two first courses and two second courses and some typical drinks like fres lime juice, singha beer or a thaijito.
These dishes change every week. All dishes are prepared in the wok, the traditional pan of Asia, with always fresh ingredients like bean sprouts, sugar peas, baby aubergines and fresh herbs like coriander, mint, thai basil leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass.
There is a wide variety of salads with surprising combinations, e.g. the prawns salad with fresh mango. Another typical dish is the curry with coconut milk, vegetable, jasmine rice and chicken, pork, veal or lamb.
In our normal menu we offer one of these curries every day. The thai dishes in general are very spicy but we adjust us to your preferences and ordering your dish you can choose between not spicy to very spicy.
